Usually, from the moment a project begins to be sold and when 25% sold is reached, prices rise 5%. Then when 50% is sold, another 5% and so on. Successively, when 75% and 100% are reached, it is equivalent to a 20% markup if you bought at list price zero. This means that if the market is flat, your unit should cost 20% more, which equates to a 50% return on your investment because you have only invested 40% of the value in three years.
Another reason in particular is that with this project, all units come fully furnished & equipped (which is rare). On top of this, the building comes with no rental restrictions, which allows you to start receiving income immediately!

If you decide to sign the contract, you must send the remaining 15% and from that moment you can no longer cancel the purchase.
