We have a lawyer and accountant under our roof, if you allow it, they will represent you and prepare all the documentation need it at closing.
Lastly, something that most investments do not offer: You do not have to think about it or decide now because with only 10% of the value, we can reserve your unit with the price frozen. You will then have 70-90 days to think about it, analyze it or see if the prices went up. After that time, you will receive the contract and if you are not satisfied - you do not sign it and your 10% deposit is returned.
If you decide to sign, you must send the remaining 10% within 60 days, from that moment you can no longer cancel the purchase.
All funds are hold in escrow with a title company.
